Monsters and pine trees
Each monster is delivered in a solid 4 cm wide and a 2 cm deep pine tree frame. The frame is coated in black and looks terrific on any wall. The framing is handwork done by a local glazier in my neighbourhood.

Each order is printed and delivered at the local glazier the day after the order has been made, the glazier can take up to 4 business days processing an order. As soon as the product is ready i get notified and the product will be packed and dispatched the same or the following business day.

Refund Policy
A refund or return can be made on any physical item purchased from Custom Horror. In the event the product you receive is damaged, faulty, broken, or otherwise unusable, I ask that you ship the product back to me within 45 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
